About us

Biotakt is an integrator of solutions for wastewater treatment and the valorisation of organic and inorganic waste. We design process lines that can be quickly installed at treatment plants, industrial enterprises, farms and small infrastructure projects where the sludge problem persists.

We focus on converting sludge and organic load into useful resources – energy and water – reducing the amount of waste sent for disposal and the risk of soil and water pollution.

Our solutions are adapted to the regulatory framework in the Republic of Moldova and aligned with European best practices on circular economy and environmental protection.

  • We analyse the existing situation (flows, composition, infrastructure) and define the technical requirements for the modular line.
  • We design the configuration of technology blocks: sludge preparation, treatment, separation, utilisation.

Biotakt solutions are for:

  • • Urban and rural wastewater treatment plants
  • • Food, agro-industrial and processing enterprises
  • • Livestock farms and poultry complexes
  • • Local authorities with both fresh and stored sludge issues

Tailored to local conditions

For each site we analyse specific data (flow, seasonality, existing infrastructure) and propose a technically and economically feasible process scheme.

Services offered

We cover the full cycle – from assessment and concept through execution, delivery, installation and management of the process line.

Technical audit and concept

We analyse wastewater and sludge quality, existing flows and treatment infrastructure to define process requirements and possible scenarios.

The outcome is a concept tailored to the objective, with specific cost and benefit calculations.

Design and delivery

We design process lines consisting of separate blocks by process – sludge preparation, mechanical separation, advanced treatment, reagents and others.

The technology is configured to connect to existing infrastructure with minimal downtime.

Commissioning and support

We provide installation, performance testing, local staff training and operation and maintenance recommendations.

We offer technical support throughout operation and the possibility of capacity expansion through additional modules.

How it works

The scheme below is a general example; for each site we configure the technology blocks based on wastewater composition and project objectives.

  1. 1 Sludge reception and preparation

Pulp formation, homogenisation and removal of coarse impurities (textiles, sand, floatables) to protect downstream equipment.

  2. 2 Treatment and separation

Physico-chemical treatment, reaction with reagents and separation of solid fractions, resulting in stabilised sludge and partially clarified technical water.

  3. 3 Organic fraction utilisation

Conversion of the organic component in an advanced thermal process with minimal emissions, reducing volume by up to 90%.

  4. 4 Resource utilisation

Energy for the sustainability of the technology, technical water for internal processes or irrigation, non-hazardous waste in the form of sand that can be used later in road repair, construction and other infrastructure projects.
